What is the difference between the programs and BASIC ADVANTAGE?
BASIC programs can be ordered only on for the first involving PC in the home.
ADVANTAGE programs can be ordered only for the second, third and another PC. The condition for ordering ADVANTAGE program is to have ordered the BASIC program.
What's the difference between BASIC and BASIC PLUS (or a ADVANTAGE ADVANTAGE PLUS)
The only difference is the price of a setup fee and monthly fee.
The program:
BASIC you pay no start-up costs and pay 17.1 €(515.15 SKK) (per calendar quarter 51.3€) (1 545.46 SKK)
BASIC PLUS you pay setup fee 100 € (3 016,2 SKK) and a monthly fee of 10.6 € (301.26 SKK) (per calendar quarter 31.8 €) (900, SKK)
ADVANTAGE you do not pay a setup fee and you pay 8.29 € (250 SKK) per month (per calendar quarter 24.9 €) (750 SKK)
ADVANTAGE PLUS you pay setup fee 50 € (1 506.3 SKK) and a monthly fee of € 3.6 € ( 108.45 SKK) (per calendar quarter 10.8€) (325.36 SKK).
What is EXTRA REMINDER?
EXTRA REMINDER is a reminder for non-payment invoice due date. This consists of a reminder e-mail and SMS notification in the form of a one SMS message that you have not been effected the invoice due date. For this SMS report you will pay 0.2 € (6.02 SKK).
If I have two computers and i want have access to the internet for both computres, must I ordered one of the programs ADVANTAGE?
Yes, if you want to access the Internet simultaneously with the two computers. It is yet possibility to agree on exchanging PC, where our system automatically ensures that you have access to the Internet at any given time only one computer.
What includes setup fee?
The setup fee includes a complete implementation of the Internet in your home. So from our facilities we rise cable directly to your PC. We will make all necessary drilling and browsing. The setup fee don't includes a functional computer and network card with RJ-45 (now the most common connector). Network card we can deliver on demand. The formation of the fee also includes work on the implementation of structured cabling outside your home (in the common areas in pipes shafts and underground fiber optic cable lines and installation of network equipment required).
What is optics and optical connection to the Internet? What the connection type it is?
Under term optics it is advisable to present mainly fiber (mostly are buried in the ground). In the optical cables are optical fibers, which spreads through the signal with speed of light. A single optical fiber has for todays requirements practically unlimited capacity.Nowadays it is the fastest and the most stable data transfer method, used mainly by telecommunications operators to ensure rapid and stable network. For us is the optics used exploitage for the backbone (carrier) network. The distribution in the frame of dwelling house and consumer sector is provided by using copper cables, that are for short distances and the endpoints by a large margin appropriate of our capacity needs.
How the invoicing run over?
Invoices are issued once per quarter. On the day of issue, they are delivered by e-mail contacts customers. In the writting version are then delivered in the coming days to mailboxes.
What is the time of commitment?
Per normal condition are all programs no time commitment, just the standard monthly lenght of notice. However, is occasion to commit to 24 months and in this case are not charged more computers in the home throughout the period of commitment.
Is it possible to get a discount of setup fee?
Discount on the fee we give generally in action, when we reduce part of our setuo fee for the customers who have already payed setup fee for carrying out cabling by another competitive company.
Include the price also fixed, public IP address?
Public IP address is not included in any price of our products. However, we provide an additional product in which you can also order a public IP. Price of one public IP address is 3 € (90.38 SKK) per month.
Are any services prohibited?Are DC + +, torrents, other P2P programs allowed ?
No services are blocked.
Is it possible to have an access to email outside the network Bonet? Whereupon is serves the registration on your site?
Yes, we provide IMAPS, POP3s and authenticated SMTP. All transmissions are encrypted using SSL and TLS. Logging on on our site is to the webmail (application for reading e-mail using a web browser) by HTTPS.
Can you guarantee a minimum speed?
No, we don't guarantee, but so far we aren't have any complaints on our speed :). The Best is but own experience. Therefore you can try our speed for 30 days free and then decide.
Can you quaranted the maximum response duration (ping)?
No, we don't guaranted, but thanks tooptical spine are our response in the Slovak Internet in the frame to 5 ms. Again we can only recommend a trial period of 30 days free and see for yourself.
Are there any restrictions or charges for transferred data?
No.
Do you have your own DC hub?
Yes, but can only connect to it from our internal network.
Is it possible to connect from Mlynska dolina, Karlova Ves, Trnava, Kečerovce, .... ?
Our coverage is unfortunately only in Bratislava - Petrzalka and even then only in the locality Dvory V and VI (and vicinity). If you live at the end opposite Petrzalka or even Bratislava, so unfortunately we will not be able to connect you.
